為(wèi)提高(gāo)幼兒(ér)園英語教育教學質量,努力創設浸入式英$ε÷語母語教育環境,本周二世紀瑞晨教育督導中心總督學趙金(j±φīn)歐老(lǎo)師(shī)和(hé)綜合管理(lǐ)中≥↓¶心人(rén)力資源主管馬月(yuè)紅(hóng)£®☆老(lǎo)師(shī)一(yī)同前往北(běi)京宋慶齡國(guó)際幼¶÷兒(ér)園,與英語教學負責人(rén)張宏偉老(lǎγ♥¶≤o)師(shī)進行(xíng)了(le)一(yī)系列關于英語∞♦±教育的(de)相(xiàng)關工(gōng)作(♠€≈≠zuò)的(de)探討(tǎo)。從(cóng)優§★化(huà)外(wài)籍教師(shī)的(de)招聘流程、外(wài)☆♦教師(shī)資培訓、到(dào)外(wài)教師(shī)資δφ"♠管理(lǐ)、再到(dào)英語課程設置、內(nèi)容調$®整、教學形式和(hé)教學方法,雙方交換建議(yì),形成了×↕♦(le)更加清晰的(de)思路(lù)、明(mí♥↓β>ng)确了(le)工(gōng)作(zu>←ò)方向、工(gōng)作(zuò)細則。
